BOOKINGS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

 

We require a non-refundable deposit of £200 at the time of booking your retreat. There is a 7 day cooling-off period after making the deposit during which time the £200 is refundable should you change your mind for any reason and cancel your booking in writing (email). After the 7 day cooling-off period the deposit is non-refundable. Full payment of the balance is required 65 days prior to your retreat.

 

If you book 65 days or less before your retreat, payment of the full balance will be required at the time of booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you cancel your retreat 65 days or more before your retreat, your remaining balance will be refunded (less the £200 deposit). However the deposit may be transferred to a 3rd party to take your place on the retreat. We must be notified immediately and the 3rd party must contact us in order to fill out the Welcome Pack questionnaire with food and other preferences.

 

If you cancel within 30-64 days of your retreat no refund can be given. However you may transfer your balance including the deposit to a 3rd party to take your place on the retreat. We must be notified immediately and the 3rd party must contact us in order to fill out the Welcome Pack questionnaire with food and other preferences.

 

If you cancel within 29 days you will be charged 100% of the retreat price unless the retreat is fully booked and we can fill your place from someone on the waiting list. In this instance you will be refunded the balance (minus the £200 deposit).

 

Please be aware that no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for no-shows, late arrival or early departure from the retreat, unused days, travel delays or natural disasters.

 

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE VALID HOLIDAY INSURANCE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION ON YOUR PART.

 

In the event that the retreat is cancelled by us, all payments, including your deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of the cancellation.

 

DISCLAIMER

 

We believe all of the information on our website and about our retreats is correct. However in the event of staff cancellations, weather conditions, low bookings, mechanical faults, civil unrest or other situations outside of our control, we may have to alter or change our program.

 

We do not accept liability for any costs incurred as a result of any of the following: cancellations, delays or changes caused by extreme weather, war, technical problems causing travel delays, industrial action, natural disaster or other events beyond our control, (including those mentioned in the previous paragraph), participants medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or after the retreat, loss of or damage to personal property of guests.
